Extended warranty

10 YEAR WARRANTY ON WOOD/ALUMINIUM COMPONENTS FROM STM VINDUER A/S

The extended warranty applies to alu clad – TINIUM series

• The extended warranty of 10 years covers all deliveries in the production series TINIUM 2 + and TINIUM 2020 from 1 August 2013.

• The warranty applies to all alu clad products delivered and installed in Denmark (except the Faroe Islands and Greenland).

• The warranty applies from the time of production and covers manufacturing and material defects.

• For the above warranty to apply, it is required that the components be installed and maintained in accordance with STM’s installation and user instructions.

• The extended warranty on the alu clad series is in addition to the existing 5 year warranty from the Danish window industry’s DVV scheme, as well as the window manufacturer’s warranty.

The following conditions are not covered by the extended warranty:

1. Damage or functional problems caused by lack of maintenance or lubrication.

2. Damage or functional problems occurring on components where STM has made reservations for the structure’s design in the order placement.

3. Hinges, fittings and seals that must be replaced due to unusually heavy loads.

4. There is a 1 year warranty on electrical accessories.
