Handy door

This door is ideal for the family that wants an exclusive and effective entrance door. The HandyDoor is also well suited for retirement homes, nursing homes, institutions or private homes, when you want to close a door easily and safely without using force.

The door is closed by simply pulling/pushing the door leaf in. Two latches automatically spring into place and block the door. The latches protrude 20 mm when the door is closed. Including the bolt, the door has three active locks. With STM HandyDoor, force is not necessary to lift the door handle and activate the locks.

STM HandyDoor+

STM HandyDoor+ is a entrance and stairway door with motor-controlled multi-point locking.

The door is closed by simply pulling/pushing the door leaf in. Two latches automatically spring into place, blocking the door.

The latches protrude 20 mm when the door is closed. Including the bolt, the door has three active locks.

From the outside, the door is opened with an intercom, regular key, keypad, token, etc. From the inside, the door is opened with the handle, a switch or key.

This means the door can be used without exerting force and when it is closed it will also be locked from the outside.

The door is installed with adjustable security strike plates, secured with inclined screws. This provides added security. The cable loop is discreetly hidden in the frame/vent. There is hidden cabling between the cable loop and motor lock in the frame.

For an additional charge, the door can be delivered with the outside knob, inside handle and cylinder. Transformers or any key locks, intercoms, etc. are purchased separately. Installing the door closer ensures that the door will always be closed and locked from the outside.
