Note !: In order for the warranty to be valid on components with defects, the components must not be installed without prior agreement with our service department.

If you are a private person, your complaints go through the craftsperson, contractor or lumber yard where you bought your components. The craftsperson is the professional party and is legally responsible to you. They must first determine whether the complaint is valid and then contact STM Windows A/S. In the event the above is not possible (death, bankruptcy, ownership, etc.) you are welcome to contact us directly.
